Return Policy

Any item (non-special order) can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless otherwise noted. No products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

All products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Special order items cannot be returned once they have shipped.

To return any product, you must obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) form. Please call our customer service department at 888-693-8066 or send us an email request to obtain the RGA form and shipping instructions.

Items returned without an RGA form will not be credited.

Damages / Defects / Errors

If a product is damaged or has manufacturer's defects please notify our sales department immediately. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made within one week of receipt. Any damaged product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected immediately.
If a damaged or defective product needs to be returned you will receive a prepaid call tag label to ship it back.
