Any item (non-special order) can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for any return shipping charges unless otherwise noted. No products will be accepted for return more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

All products must be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Special order items cannot be returned once they have shipped.

To return any product, you must obtain an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) form. Please call our customer service department at 888-693-8066 or send us an email request to obtain the RGA form and shipping instructions.

Items returned without an RGA form will not be credited.
