Shipping cost

• Shipping cost is based on the weight of the item or items in your order and the destination zip code.
• In order to find out the shipping cost quickly you need to add an item to the basket; you will be transferred automatically to the basket page.
• You will find a shipping calculator on the basket page beneath the basket content
• You will need to provide the destination zip code in the shipping calculator and click on "Calculate Shipping"

Shipping your order

• Majority of orders are shipped by UPS
• Heavy or bulky items are shipped by freight companies
• In-stock items are shipped the same business day if order is placed before 4:30 PM EST [ Excluding all Dreamline ]
• Orders placed after cutoff time, on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day
• Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada and any area not within the 48 contiguous U.S. states are subject to an additional shipping charge.
  

Delivery:
Please note that UPS and freight companies make deliveries only on weekdays.

Inspecting Your Order

Please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery for accuracy and verify that all products have arrived in good condition.

Damages / Defects / Errors

If a product is damaged or has manufacturer's defects please notify our sales department immediately. Any claims for damages and/or errors must be made within one week of receipt. Any damaged product will be replaced and any errors will be corrected immediately.
If a damaged or defective product needs to be returned you will receive a prepaid call tag label to ship it back.
